javascript-common alike for css / images

Hi,

I'd like to package a css framework (blueprint) and would like to expose it to
the webserver in the same way, as javascript-common exposes javascript. Should
we add a package css-common or should javascript-common become webapp-common?
What about icon libraries? image-common? flash?
